CONVERSION KITS

TODDLER BED MINI GUARDRAILS & ADULT BED CONVERSION RAILS ARE NOT PARTS THAT ARE SOLD BY US DIRECTLY.

You can purchase these products from the store where you bought your crib. You may also locate another retailer in your area or
an online dealer by clicking on the "Locate Dealers" link above.

You will need to know the name or number, color, and country of origin of your crib in order to buy the correct rails. This information can be found on the inside panel next to the warning label on either side of the headboard (back) of a convertible crib or one of the ends (sides) of a regular crib.

While we try to stock parts for many of our past production cribs, we cannot guarantee availability.  You must first contact the parts department by fax or email to determine if there is stock for the items you need.

You must include the item name/number, color, date of manufacture, country of origin of the product and the specific parts needed.
Please allow up to 7 business days to receive a reply. To help determine the correct parts for your product, refer to your instruction booklet or
you may access many of the instructions and hardware lists from the "Instructions" link above.

For cribs, manufacture information will be found on the inside panel next to the warning label on either the headboard (back) of a convertible crib or one of the ends (sides) of a regular crib. These labels are below the mattress support. If your crib has a drawer, you will need to remove it to see the label. Case goods (dressers, combos, armoires, nightstands) will have a label or stamp on the back.

Once we have confirmed availability, we will advise you of the cost, which includes shipping. Please remit payment as follows.

Orders are shipped via US mail or common carrier ground in 5 to 7 business days after payment is received.

Warranty Information

Our products carry a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
Retain your receipt and instructions in a safe place.
Do not remove any stickers or labels from the furniture.
You should also note any information on the packaging before discarding. 

Please provide a copy of your receipt along with your request stating the specific parts needed or area of concern.
